Social Content Manager

Role Overview

• Produce and publish link and engagement posts to Discord
• Publish content to Reddit and Telegram
• Resize and adapt static assets from Instagram and Reddit
• Write platform-appropriate copy for each channel
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and voice across all content types
• Track and analyze content performance metrics

Requirements

• 3–5 years of social media experience
• Hands-on experience managing brand or client presence on Instagram, Discord, Reddit, or Telegram
• Familiarity with community platform dynamics
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar
• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Khoros
• Strong writing skills
• Detail-oriented and brand-aware
