- 3+ years of investment management, brokerage or relevant experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- Basic understanding and familiarity with real estate as an investible asset class
- Strong experience using Microsoft Excel
- Industry certification or interest in pursuing: CFA, CIMA or other
