Role Overview
- Provide support on yearly audits and reports for the organization’s compliance
- Proactively search for regulations and rules while making sure that the organization is up to date with them
- Assist with creating workflow that will meet compliance documentation standards in a timely manner
- Liaise with learning and development on trainings that should be regularly delivered for compliance purposes
- Work with HR to update policies in a timely manner
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in similar position
- Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Resilient to learn continuously in a startup
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
- Must speak English fluently
- Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)
- Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android)
