Oversee and continuously improve the clinical onboarding process, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience.
Define, refine, and communicate a compelling value proposition for therapists to drive attraction, conversion, and long-term engagement.
Own and optimize the full onboarding journey, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, speed, and satisfaction.
Manage the therapist offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience while gathering insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee room management, ensuring effective allocation and utilization aligned with operational needs.

3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management (preferably in high-volume scale-ups).
Experience working in fast-paced, high-variability operational environments.
Strong familiarity with operational metrics, SLAs, and structured workflows.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
Fluency in English.
