Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross sell our products and services, converting these into bookings.
Account manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying sales opportunities and increasing spend.
Record, update and maintain accurate customer data and customer interaction on the CRM system.
Through your highly developed sales techniques you will establish the skip hire needs of commercial and domestic customers and provide appropriate commercial solutions.
Proactively manage incoming enquiries and prospecting opportunities.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and time management – you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment accurately, with good attention to detail, so that your customers always get a high-quality service.
Responds well to pressure, with the ability to work to deadlines.
Be able to negotiate and identify business opportunities.
Enthusiastic, driven and determined.
Confident with Microsoft Office programmes.
Previous sales experience, confidence and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Proven success of achieving targets and working to KPI’s.
Some experience of skip hire, or waste management would be desirable but not essential, as support will be given in your induction and training so that you understand the industry we work in and the products and services to ensure you can strive for success.
