Responsible for the strategy, planning, execution and achievement of a $750,000+ annual fundraising portfolio
Oversees all aspects of event fundraising, including relationship management, sponsorship acquisition, and donor cultivation
Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals and high-impact experiences
Builds and sustains high-impact relationships with key donors, sponsors, and volunteers
Monitors fundraising progress and proactively adjusts strategies to exceed financial goals

BS/BA or equivalent experience
4+ years successful experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, volunteer partnership, and relationship development
Experience driving revenue through sales excellence
Skilled at leading high-functioning collaborative event teams
Strong customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities, project and timeline management and planning
