Building and maintaining robust, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders through personal, peer-to-peer scientific exchange
Active collaboration with scientific societies and relevant external partners in the oncology field
Analysis and recognition of relevant network structures as well as proactively gathering medical-scientific insights and developments
Design, organization and implementation of regional and supra-regional scientific educational events
Participation in international, national and regional congresses, symposia and scientific meetings
Support and accompaniment of internal and external study projects
Preparation, curation and further development of scientific presentation materials
Support of internal training programs, field force trainings and workshops
Close cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, particularly Medical Affairs, Sales, Diagnostics, Clinical Operations and Marketing
Professional project management and active participation in cross-functional teams
Careful documentation, confident use of IT systems and openness to new technologies and the use of AI-supported solutions
Requirements
Degree in a natural science, a completed medical degree, or comparable qualification
Strong medical-scientific expertise
Ideally experience in oncology; experience in gynecological tumors and/or breast cancer is desirable but not a prerequisite
Ability to rapidly and independently familiarize yourself with new indications and subject matter
Experience in field roles, ideally in a medical-scientific field role within the pharmaceutical environment
Experience in actively shaping projects and working in cross-functional teams is desirable
Strong team skills and personal flexibility in the role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and to implement medical strategies
Strong intrinsic motivation to learn new things and to implement innovative ideas
High willingness to travel
Good command of English
