Support the deployment and maintenance of the Management Requirements and 4 Plays
Utilize PDCA/A3 to drive continuous improvement based on business area goals
Provide process expertise and input on issues through continuous improvement toolset
Act as a key liaison between the business area leadership and One Way office
Communicate and report on the status of continuous improvement events
Establish effective, collaborative working relationships with CETS business partners and senior leadership
Support Senior Engagement Managers in execution of cross-functional continuous improvement projects
Support process level metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years related business experience for Associate Engagement Manager, 8 years for Engagement Manager, and 10 years for Senior Engagement Manager
Experience in change management and/or program/project management
Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate to a variety of audiences
Strong analytical skills for ambiguous/complex business scenarios
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment
Understanding of core business processes/industry trends
