As an Account Manager for Cloud and Managed Services (m/f/d), you will be part of our sales team.
Specialized sales: Actively sell and promote our enterprise cloud platforms and cloud resources directly from our data centers.
Managed Services solutions: Targeted marketing of our managed services specifically tailored to the needs of large enterprise customers.
C-level customer relationships: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with decision-makers at the highest level.
Needs analysis and solution development: Accurately identify customers' specific requirements in enterprise cloud and managed services and develop customized solutions.
Lead management: Generate and handle leads, effectively positioning our portfolio with prospective new customers.
Proposal creation and presentation: Prepare and present high-quality proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
Contract negotiations: Conduct contract and pricing negotiations with strategic skill.
Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive account management and excellent service.
Event management: Coordinate and actively participate in industry events, roadshows, and workshops.
Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated solution development and customer support.
Requirements
Industry experience: You have substantial experience in selling cloud technologies, preferably with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Strong communication: You present confidently and have a passion for innovative cloud solutions and their implementation in business processes.
Network building: You have experience building and expanding customer relationships at the highest levels.
Solution orientation: You work in a goal-oriented and solution-focused manner while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.
Negotiation skills: You possess strong closing skills and have experience leading contract negotiations.
Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English are essential.
