- Align designers across the different product teams.
- Lead the design of our generative AI tooling.
- Define end-to-end user journeys across the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design, with at least 3 in a lead role aligning multiple designers or teams.
- Wide platform thinking.
- Hands-on experience designing for generative AI tooling.
- Strong design system chops.
- Leadership without being a people manager only.
