Identify, assess, and drive the resolution of hardware and software quality issues across the charging infrastructure and charging process overall for HPC chargers (≥350 kW) covering both all in-one and power distributed architectures
Monitor and analyze recurring hardware and software failures, including structured root cause identification
Manage software/firmware test environments and oversee the validation of new software and firmware releases within the IONITY charging ecosystem.
Support, monitor, and evaluate software rollouts with a focus on system performance and the effectiveness of bug fixes
Serve as the central quality interface between Network Operations (N.OPS) and the Technical Supplier Management team as well as directly with IONITY suppliers
Collaborate closely with IONITY manufacturing partners to conduct in-depth root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
Strong understanding of hardware (e.g. power electronics) and software interactions within charging infrastructure or similar technical systems
Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues
Experience in validation, testing, or quality assurance processes
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working in international, cross-functional, or multi-team environments
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to clearly and precisely communicate complex technical topics.
