Support the creation and maintenance of product and platform performance dashboards across key metrics such as viewing, engagement, payments, and adoption.
Assist with analysing data and sharing findings in a clear, structured way to support product discussions and decisions.
Contribute to research activities, experimentation, and A/B testing by helping to analyse results and document learnings.
Support Product Operations with service management reporting, incident analysis, and follow‑up actions.
Assist with incident investigations and internal updates, gaining exposure to how live service issues are managed.
Requirements
Good experience in product analytics, insight generation, or data analytics roles within digital, media, or subscription-based products.
Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands on experience building and maintaining dashboards, performance reporting, and analytical models.
Experience supporting experimentation, A/B testing, and research driven product development.
Basic understanding of the Microsoft suite of AI tools and agents to ensure automation is always front and centre of our daily tasks.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality slides and written narratives for senior audiences.
Comfort working across product delivery and operational contexts, including incident and service management environments.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
