Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Support the development and enhancement of various AI/ML products for partner Blues plans to help process claims
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment
• Utilize technologies such as Snowflake, AWS Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker
• Work from 7 or 8 am to 5 PM EST core business hours

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile Scrum environment
• Recent healthcare payer industry experience (last 5 years)
• Hands-on experience supporting an AI/ML related project
• Basic to intermediate MS Office skills for Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
• Jira and/or Confluence experience
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with AWS SageMaker or Amazon Bedrock
