Role Overview
- Manage and organize the various departments of the agency
- Ensure the quality of customer service and achieve commercial targets
- Define and implement the Agency’s operational and strategic plan
- Monitor and enhance financial performance
- Ensure budget adherence, KPI achievement, and effective P&L management
- Maintain regular relationships with headquarters
- Represent the Group to local authorities and industry bodies
Requirements
- Post-graduate diploma in Business Management, Commercial, or Logistics
- 10+ years of professional experience in Shipping
- Proven track record of growth and delivery in a dynamic business environment
- Knowledge of Commercial and/or Operations functions in Shipping/Logistics
- Mandatory English skills and knowledge of the national language is a plus
- Experience in an international environment
