Partner with the Events Manager to support the execution of trade shows, conferences, and event strategies across multiple business units.
Coordinate with vendors and exhibitors to secure booth space, registrations, materials, and required services.
Support event-related logistics including scheduling, communications, and coordination of internal attendees.
Prepare and distribute pre-event communications and staffing schedules to ensure alignment and readiness.
Track and manage event expenses, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
Maintain inventory of event materials, including printed collateral, promotional items, and exhibit displays.
Coordinate shipping logistics, including preparing pack lists and arranging transportation of materials to and from event locations.
Provide remote support to onsite teams during events, assisting with logistics, troubleshooting, and real-time problem resolution.
Support post-event activities including data collection, evaluations, and reporting to measure event effectiveness.
Assist in the execution of events that support recruiting efforts, candidate engagement, and client development.
Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels to support event success.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing event coordination practices.
Requirements
One year of experience in event coordination or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Communicate effectively in writing.
Focus on the details of work content, work steps, and final work products.
Engage others for input, contribution, and shared responsibility for outcomes.
