About this role
Role Overview
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ field sales and account management professionals across France
Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer retention, upselling, and account growth
Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring the achievement of renewal, expansion, and win-back objectives
Own and manage the performance of an existing B2B client portfolio, including caterers and event venues
Drive customer retention strategies to maximize contract renewals and long-term client value
Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement areas
Actively participate in international business meetings by sharing results, performance analysis, and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, including direct team management responsibility
Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing sales or account management teams
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and performance delivery
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with a people-first management approach
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with dynamic reporting tools and spreadsheets
