Planning and coordination of material and component requirements
Organization and monitoring of daily supply chain and logistics processes
Technical interface and main point of contact for engineering, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Technical support for purchasing during RFQs and bid evaluations
Participation in demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory management, and material availability
Identification and resolution of operational issues along the supply chain
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Supporting the team through knowledge transfer and technical explanations
Requirements
Completed technical training, ideally in a metalworking environment, e.g., in metal construction, industrial mechanics, precision engineering, machining, or design engineering; further qualification as a technician is an advantage
Several years of experience in supply chain, technical procurement, production planning, or logistics
Confident handling of technical drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
Experience collaborating with engineering and suppliers on technical clarifications
Good knowledge of MRP and procurement processes
Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel
Analytical and structured working style combined with pragmatism and strong execution skills
Open, team-oriented personality with high integrity and reliability
Very good German and English language skills
