You will play a central role in ensuring timely and high-quality payroll processing.
You will actively contribute your professional expertise to the team and proactively help shape the development of our payroll processes.
You will act as a point of contact for employees and managers on all income tax, social security, collective-bargaining and employment law issues, and will independently manage payroll, time management and reporting/certification processes using SAP ERP HCM, in particular for the Leingarten site.
Ensuring payroll delivery by maintaining HR systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and time management, including meeting deadlines, is part of your responsibilities.
You will handle special topics such as partial retirement (Altersteilzeit), company pension schemes or comparable individual matters.
You will prepare certificates and handle general correspondence.
You will provide reliable support for month-end and year-end closing activities to help ensure timely completion.
You will identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve our processes while observing defined standards and guidelines.
In addition, you will actively participate in HR projects.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial vocational training or hold a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in payroll processing, preferably within a corporate environment.
You have strong knowledge of SAP HCM and good MS Office skills.
You have excellent German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
Your work is characterized by accuracy and thoroughness, and you demonstrate reliability and flexibility.
Analytical thinking and a structured approach support you in your daily work.
Your profile is rounded off by experience in designing and developing processes and by good time management.
