Junior Project Manager, Social & Creator Marketing

Role Overview

• You will support the execution of influencer and social media campaigns
• You will liaise with creators and keep projects running
• You will research suitable creators and make an initial selection
• You will contribute to content ideas and editorial calendars
• You will plan and assist with content productions
• You will coordinate closely with Strategy, Creation, and Paid teams
• You will prepare presentations and reports
• You will analyze campaigns and derive initial learnings

Requirements

• You have initial experience in social media, influencer marketing, or project management (e.g., through internships or as a working student)
• You have a good sense for social media and recognize what works (and what doesn’t) on TikTok & Instagram
• You are excited about creator marketing and engaging with influencers
• You work in a structured way and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics
• You are hands-on and solution-oriented
• You are communicative—within the team, with creators, and when interacting with clients
• You are confident in German and English
