Responsible for day-to-day site operations, including supervising warehousing, receiving, and shipping of products.
Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals while complying with quality and client requirements.
Plan daily work schedules, assign duties, and oversee training for team members.
Conduct performance appraisals and address performance issues.
Collaborate with Human Resources for hiring and professional development initiatives.

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
7 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of applicable WMS systems.
English (reading, writing, verbal) proficiency in business communication at all levels.
