Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Experience in backend systems development.
Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server).
Hands-on experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
Proficiency with caching/performance tools (Redis).
Ability to work in a hybrid model (Faria Lima / São Paulo).
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Preferred: Experience in the financial sector, specifically in Equities or Clearing systems.
