Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and existing AI characters
Create narrative-driven, longform video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals
Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to post-production
Utilise AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse to produce quality sequences
Develop and maintain character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives
Experiment with new AI models and incorporate them into production workflows
Align with the Content Lead’s creative direction while having autonomy in execution

4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art
Hands-on experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting and post-processing
Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
Fluent in English and strong communication skills
Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content
