You independently lead and coordinate a remote team of approximately 16 employees.
You recruit motivated employees for your team who represent beeline in the stores of our concessions partners.
With strong communication skills, you maintain relationships with our business partners.
You optimize sales, costs, and points of sale (POS).
In addition, you are responsible for space and assortment planning, profitability control, and visual merchandising.
You maintain a strategic overview of your area and ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or in a comparable role, preferably in retail.
You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in business administration.
You have at least 2 years of leadership experience; hiring, conducting employee reviews, and terminations are familiar to you.
You are proficient in English to actively participate in international projects and fully utilize trainings.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You hold a driving license and are willing to travel.
