About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they get the most value from our platform while acting as their trusted advisor.
Drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and contribute to Clara’s long-term success.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and improve response times.
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of execution.
Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion.
