Develop and maintain comprehensive threat research regionally.
Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage global threats to executive staff and employees
Produce actionable and concise threat analysis products in a timely manner to inform cross-functional groups, executive staff protection, and enterprise-wide security operations
Work with and guide open-source intelligence analysts, utilizing law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and the deep/dark web for known and potential threats capable of impacting executive staff, employees, or the business partner community.
Manage Safety and Security team relationships with local law enforcement partners and other investigative, research, and intelligence groups and vendors.
Work closely with the client's customer service team members on threats
Maintain global situational awareness of potential and developing threats and prepare impact analyses
Work on complex security incidents with multiple stakeholders, including those without experience in the threat and intelligence fields.
Lead regional cross-functional program syncs to educate and develop improved threat capabilities.
Assist in program development with workflow creation, threat methodology research, and other planning products.
Have a team-focused approach to problem-solving.
Be comfortable communicating with everyone from senior executives to entry-level employees.
Have the ability to translate complex security issues in a way that your specific audience can consume and understand them.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
Requirements
Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
This position requires up to 10% travel
3-5 years of experience in threat analysis, ideally behavioral threat assessment, and threat management.
Experience supporting a comprehensive threat management program and direct experience conducting investigations, intelligence collection, analysis, and case management.
Extensive experience with utilizing open source research, criminal background information, and other online investigative techniques.
Current member (or ability to become a member) of professional threat assessment organizations (i.e., Association of Threat Assessment Professionals).
Ability to work some non-traditional hours (e.g., nights, weekends, or holidays) and respond to emergent or time-sensitive situations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrable during the interview process.
Must be a highly adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
Professional competency in the Google Suite of workspace applications and Mac OS.
