Develop sales territory – You will independently manage and strategically develop your sales territory in the northwestern Schleswig-Holstein region.
Acquire projects – You actively identify new construction and renovation projects and turn them into concrete business opportunities.
Build contacts – You proactively approach potential contacts by phone, via referrals, existing CRM data, or directly on-site at projects and construction sites – supported by our lead generation team.
Advise customers – You analyze security and access requirements and work with customers to develop appropriate solution concepts.
Support trade partners – You work closely with specialist trade partners and support joint projects in the market.
Manage projects – You oversee projects throughout the entire sales cycle – from initial contact through tendering and proposal phases to successful completion.
Maintain networks – You build strong relationships with decision-makers, trade partners, and other project stakeholders in your region.
Requirements
Sales experience – You have several years of experience in technical B2B field sales and in project business.
Industry knowledge – Ideally, you have experience in security, building, or access control technology or in related areas such as CCTV, building services engineering (BSE/TGA), or other technical building solutions.
Technical affinity – You can explain technical solutions clearly and are willing to immerse yourself in digital locking/entrance technology.
Passion for new business – You enjoy proactively approaching new contacts and independently developing business opportunities.
Pipeline ownership – You prioritize your sales activities independently and recognize when active prospecting or focused project work is required.
Mobility & language – Ideally you live in or near the sales territory and communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.
