Transform approved scripts and video content into derivative assets including text posts, images, carousels, stories (including simple video stories), and other formats for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to research topics, generate content ideas, and adapt scripts into derivative content formats in both English and Spanish.
Generate content briefs from scripts using PAL's dedicated Claude Project, and contribute to brief creation and script proposals in collaboration with the Creative Director and Sales & Marketing Director.
Write captions, copy, and calls to action for all content — both video content produced by contractors and static assets you create — ensuring all copy is on-brand and aligned with the firm's messaging framework and CTA strategy.
Publish content natively on each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), understanding that each network has its own publishing tools, features, and best practices that scheduling tools don't fully replicate.
Ensure content is tailored to each platform's format, dimensions, and audience behavior — not simply cross-posted.
Present the scheduled content plan to the Creative Director for review and approval before publishing.
Coordinate with video contractors to ensure finished assets are received on time and integrated into the publishing schedule.
Apply SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices to static content, captions, descriptions, and blog posts to support organic discovery and AI citation positioning.
Manage content workflows in Asana, ensuring tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and the production pipeline runs smoothly.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media content management, or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills — able to produce clean, compelling copy in both languages.
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for content research and creation.
Proficiency with visual content tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or VistaCreate.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — including hands-on experience with each platform's native publishing tools and features.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar and meet consistent deadlines.
Comfortable working in a project management tool (Asana preferred).
