Lead generation 2.0: Actively identify prospective customers in the key industries Automotive, Aerospace, and New Energy via digital channels (LinkedIn, databases, AI tools).
Qualification calls: Conduct initial in-depth conversations to assess technical requirements, determine lead qualification, and evaluate whether our services are the ideal solution.
Technical presentation & representation.
Product presentations: Deliver initial product presentations and technical demonstrations (e.g., our testCORE or digital validation services) — remotely and, in part, on-site at customer locations.
Trade show appearances: Actively represent NEXT at trade shows and conferences and serve as the first point of contact for technical and commercial inquiries.
Sales optimization (AI-first mindset).
Process optimization: Proactively contribute ideas to improve our sales processes and CRM system to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Documentation support: Actively assist in creating and updating technical sales materials (presentations, case studies).
Requirements
You are a young professional or an ambitious entry-level candidate and bring the ideal blend of technical know-how and sales passion: a completed (dual) degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Sales, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering with a business focus, Business Administration with a technical emphasis, or a comparable technical/commercial qualification.
You are highly communicative, possess negotiation skills, a strong degree of initiative, and the enthusiasm to actively shape the Sales function.
You are AI-native and excited about new digital sales channels, and you are confident using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
High self-motivation, goal orientation, and the willingness to create real sales opportunities through persistent, hands-on work.
You have business-fluent German and very good English skills and are willing to travel for client meetings (approx. 30–40%).
