Hiring, training, and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and skilled team environment
Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback and support
Working closely with attorneys and the Conflicts department to ensure the provision of timely and effective services
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Conflicts department for attorneys and staff, assisting with solving problems, providing updates, and triaging requests
Assisting with streamlining and managing complex and urgent conflict check requests
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative professional experience
