Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (reports and metrics)
Record payments and perform bank reconciliations
Monitor and control delinquency/default (reports and metrics)
Provide support to the Commercial/Sales team
Provide support to the Collections team
Assist with the customer reimbursement/refund process
Prepare controls, policies and manuals
Continuously evaluate current policies and recommend process improvements
Prepare and automate financial reports with reliable conclusions that can be used for decision-making
Provide support for internal and external audits

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or related fields
Familiarity with accounts receivable activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze large datasets
