Role Overview
- Responsible for the design of operational effects
- Evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on technical options
- Translate mission requirements into software products
- Identify methods for aggregating and visually depicting data
- Advise on data preparation and analytics techniques
- Assess current use of cyber tools by analysts
- Identify areas of technical training gaps
- Participate in post-engagement review
- Effectively communicate with leadership regarding progress
Requirements
- Active high-level security clearance required
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cyber, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent in experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing custom and high-impact security platforms
- 3+ years of advanced cyber threats, tools, techniques, and processes
- 3+ years of experience using network security analysis/IDS tools
- 3+ years analyzing packet capture and NetFlow data
- Experience with query languages (SQL, KQL)
- Experience developing advanced dashboards (e.g., Kibana, Splunk)
