Execute sales plans and establish new distribution channels.
Drive revenue and EBIT growth to meet Aftermarket sales targets.
Expand market share in Cold Storage (Land), Telematics, Modifications, and REN sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
Understand customer needs to propose tailored Carrier product solutions.
Identify growth opportunities and gather market intelligence.
Ensure all activities strictly adhere to Carrier China and Global sales policies/compliance.
Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process and respond promptly to inquiries.
Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and pipeline status updates.
Analyse market demand, perform gap analyses, and provide regular performance insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 3 years in marketing or a related field;
Deep familiarity with refrigerated containers and cold chain logistics.
An established client network within the industry is highly preferred.
Strong market analysis, promotional, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in standard office software and operating systems.
Able to communicate through using Office presentation tool.
CET-4 or above; proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Meticulous, highly responsible, and willing to travel for business.
