Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads
Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability
Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve campaign efficiency and performance
Optimize and automate routine processes to improve operational effectiveness and scalability

4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis
Proven experience working with high-budget performance marketing campaigns
Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels will be a strong plus
Intermediate+ level of English or higher
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively
