Requirements

- Experience in full-stack development within an Agile team environment
- Ability to coach and teach others
- Demonstrated expertise in collaboration
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of open-source systems
- Ability to collaborate across product teams
- Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be detailed, very responsive, and committed to quality
- Experience working with the open-source community is a plus
- Video editing skills is a plus
