Support the Senior Management team to ensure all services are legally registered within the statutory and regulatory frameworks
Provide a coordinated approach to the analysis of incidents, complaints, and performance metrics
Provide leadership for the facility to ensure a patient focused quality governance agenda is defined
Responsible for ensuring that quality and risk management is embedded throughout the hospital
Support the Quality and Facility Matrons with complaint investigations

A Healthcare management, Quality Management Qualification or equivalent experience
Educated to Degree level
Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of the UK governance, regulatory and legislative framework
Experience in or a thorough knowledge of clinical audit activities and associated governance and improvement programmes
Demonstrable experience in managing complaints investigations
Extensive experience of implementing Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Governance and risk management frameworks
Experience of patient safety investigations
The ability to analyse and critically appraise complex information
Change management and business redesign
Well-developed leadership and influencing skills
