General Manager – Training

Role Overview

• Assist Store Manager in daily shift management including customer relations and inventory control
• Maintain sales and provide floor coverage
• Train Sales Associates
• Supervise POS operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and promoting specials
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards
• Report and investigate workplace incidents promptly
• Manage maintenance of the store environment

Requirements

• 1 year of supervisory experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Outgoing personality and approachable demeanor
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization
• Must be able to provide coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours
• Ability to lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs.
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed
