Manage and develop accounts within one of Skeelo's client portfolios, working with a strong farmer profile (focused on relationship building, retention, and account expansion)
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring a positive, long-lasting relationship and handling the resolution of requests or more complex issues
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting new products and services
Develop retention strategies that help reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
Analyze portfolio data and prepare performance reports, generating insights to improve account management strategies
Conduct proactive client visits and participate in strategic industry events
Requirements
Previous experience in the Telecom sector, with knowledge of the industry (essential requirement)
Solid experience as an Account Manager with a strong focus on retention and client relationship management
Knowledge of VAS (Value-Added Services)
Intermediate experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and autonomy to handle more complex account management situations
Availability to travel and visit clients
