About this role
Role Overview
- Own the global SIOP process and build capabilities
- Standardize and facilitate monthly SIOP process
- Drive demand and supply alignment
- Communicate SIOP outputs and recommendations with CSD leadership
- Responsible for SIOP dashboards in Power BI
- Lead projects that close gaps and capitalize on opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management, Inventory management and SIOP process
- Experience in leading projects throughout a wide function/region and in driving continuous improvements with a disciplined approach
- Expertise leading a cross-functional SIOP process; proficiency in demand forecasting, capacity, supply, and inventory planning
- Relevant experience in the Life Science or Medical Device industry preferred
- APICS certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification preferred
