Role Overview
- Partner with global teams to define requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage project milestones from inception to delivery.
- Design and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Own the data lifecycle by establishing 'sources of truth,' performing rigorous validation, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and reporting automation.
- Demonstrate 3+ years of professional experience using SQL for complex data extraction and Tableau for sophisticated dashboard development.
- Drive efficiency by using Python, Alteryx, or SQL to automate manual reporting workflows and increase data velocity.
- Integrate AI/Machine Learning outputs into BI workflows to provide predictive forecasting and anomaly detection.
- Distill intricate technical concepts into clear recommendations to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical Data or Business Analyst role.
- Mastery of Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred.
