Role Overview
Provide technical program coordination and knowledge management support
Assist with special security requirements and government personnel M&O contract development
Produce metric reports and deliver ad hoc intelligence support as required
Monitor functionality and develop solutions for national laboratories funded projects
Enhance division knowledge management through SOPs coordination
Oversee enrollment of Intelligence Community personnel in training courses
Coordinate M&O contract agreements for Laboratory personnel
Oversee procedures for the security processing of foreign visits and travel
Prepare and disseminate budget reports from national laboratories
Requirements
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in within the U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence community.
Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in common computer and network applications, including strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel) is required.
Experience with project management and issue tracking tools is highly desirable.
Position requires applicant to have earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; fields such as national security, accounting, law, or international relations are desirable.
