About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor delivery and driver performance and escalating to transport teams accordingly
- Communicate with the GXO Clicklink transport network to obtain regular updates and information to support customer service resolution
- Entering data and submitting performance report to clients
- Ensure documentation is dealt with, including driver manifests
- Provide effective shift handovers, ensuring they are accurate to maintain performance across shifts
- Prioritise and process customer requests submitted by phone and/or e-mail
Requirements
- Good knowledge of supply chain, transportation, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
- Familiarity with using GPS and navigation tools
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office packages and ideally experience of M-Netics ePod/eTrack and Microlise would be desirable.
