Participate in our client projects, including leading sub-projects with the following focus areas: establishing and expanding risk management systems and integrating them into corporate governance
Conduct risk assessments as part of implementing enterprise-wide risk management or with a thematic focus (e.g., supply chain risks)
Develop and strengthen emergency management and business continuity (BCM) systems and ensure the company's operational capability in emergencies by conducting crisis management exercises
Contribute to the development of client-focused consulting services and actively shape business development
Support the marketing and sales of our consulting services by preparing commercial proposals, creating marketing materials, or organizing and conducting events
Requirements
A completed degree: Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics, Law, Engineering, or Business Informatics or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on risk management, crisis, emergency and business continuity management, or supply chain risks
At least 3 years of professional experience at a consulting firm or in project-based work with a focus on risk management, business continuity management, or supply chain risk management, or comparable experience
Familiarity with current EU regulatory requirements and standards in the area of risk management and the ability to quickly adapt to new legal requirements and standards
Additional knowledge in another subject area such as geopolitics, the defense industry and military, international trade relations, etc. is an advantage
High standards for the quality of one's own work and a focus on delivering value to clients
Enjoy tackling complex client challenges and designing tailored solutions both independently and in teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly
Confident use of MS Office applications
Willingness to travel as required
Fluent German and English skills and ideally a third language
