5-8 years of ServiceNow Testing Experience
ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations
Good understanding of REST API testing and validation
Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow for defect tracking
Perform functional, regression, system integration, performance testing
Maintain Test Case documentation, reports, test artifacts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
