Support Reward demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial design to provide fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to Group Reward Delivery team in areas such as:
Pay ranges review and merit matrix modelling
Benefits review
Incentive review
Pay equity & living wage analysis
Support global projects with reward analysis to aid decision-making and process management for the Global Reward team
Collaborate with HR shared services in the deployment of system improvements in-line with changes to reward policies
Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure that a consistent approach is undertaken
Support RAD Process Leads in the development of reward capability and communication materials as well as the maintenance of reward delivery tools and templates
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant Reward experience with a recognized university degree
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to work in a global, virtual environment across multiple time zones
Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic, matrixed organization and navigating complexity
Data analytics capability, including data analysis, modelling, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
Project management skills, with the ability to manage deliverables, meet milestones, and communicate progress effectively
Strong discernment to understand business context and align reward solutions with organizational needs
Experience in reward solution build and delivery, applying market insights, guidelines, and global HR governance standards
