Conduct initiatives related to the integration of ESG risks into risk management practices at Desjardins, including quality assurance and timely delivery
Contribute to the development of ESG risk disclosure and governance documents
Help monitor ESG-related risks, particularly as they relate to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, frameworks and disclosure standards, and recommend responses
Help develop and update policies, directives, methodologies, risk indicators and training to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
Advise, assist and collaborate with your partners from the various Desjardins Group components to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility
Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues, and formulate recommendations for the relevant decision-making bodies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Experience working in Agile mode
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of ESG risk management and disclosure
Knowledge of the ESG risk management framework
