About this role
Role Overview
Manage and expand relationships with key B2B clients and plantation customers in Indonesia.
Drive revenue growth, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure successful implementation of UPL’s agricultural solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Negotiate and close long-term contracts with clients.
Develop and implement account strategies to meet goals.
Monitor and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the agricultural or plantation sector.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the plantation business, crop protection products, and B2B sales dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
