Maintaining and enhancing the high technical quality of our Angular-based front-end
Developing a state-of-the-art interface using the Kempower design system and the latest tools
Being an integral part of our end-to-end development team, working closely with the front-end platform team
Taking ownership of the functional and technical performance of specific cloud software services, components, and product areas
Implementing modern UI/UX best practices and optimizing web applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
Applying agile software development and DevOps practices to continuously deliver value to users and customers
Working closely with the design team to develop and maintain a coherent, user-friendly design system and related frontend components
Collaborating with customers, stakeholders, product management, designers, and the development team to identify user needs, validate technical solutions, and plan new features aligned with business goals
Mentoring and supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s overall growth and knowledge sharing

5–10 years of experience in software development, particularly with frontend technologies such as Angular and TypeScript
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and translating designs into polished, high-quality user interfaces
Strong understanding of agile development practices and modern development tools, including Git, CI/CD, code reviews, test automation, DevOps, and security best practices
Experience with or interest in frontend test automation and improving overall system quality
A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
A curious and proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and using them in daily work to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and development efficiency
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
