Role Overview
- Strong expertise in Java 4+, Spring Framework
- Lead the design, development of Java-based applications
- Collaborate with architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and system architecture
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications
Requirements
- Full time IT Engineering or equivalent degree (preferably in Computers)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Overall IT experience of 4+ years
- Must-Have: Java/J2EE/Spring Boot Micro Services/ AWS SQS/ Kafka
- Strong agile/scrum development experience, experience interpreting user stories and applying the appropriate technical solutions to deliver operational results
