About this role

Develop trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders (clinical, IT, and procurement), acting as a consultative advisor
Translate customer needs, workflows, and constraints into comprehensive, scalable end-to-end solution designs
Design digital pathology solutions (WSI, IMS, AI, LIS integration, infrastructure) aligned with clinical and operational requirements
Deliver advanced customer demonstrations (clinical + IT workflows)
Lead/support technical and clinical tender responses (compliance matrices, BoQs, architectures)
Define and validate third-party IT requirements and quotations (servers, storage, networking)
Provide clinical and technical training to pathologists, lab staff, and IT teams
Support deployments and post-go-live optimization

Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or Health Informatics
Hybrid clinical–IT background strongly preferred
Proven exposure to: LIS integration, DICOM / HL7, PACS workflows with related servers and cloud-based infrastructure
Pre-sales, demos, and tendering Lab/pathology environments
Strong customer engagement skills at all levels, with the ability to establish clear, differentiated solution-based value proposition.
