Role Overview
- Provide best-in-class service and build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Generate leads and build a book of business through proactive outbound initiatives
- Educate clients on trading policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Protect client information and ensure compliance with standards
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and responsiveness
Requirements
- Current accreditation and good standing of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Current accreditation and good standing of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Current accreditation and good standing of the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL)
- Additional accreditations (MBA, CFA) considered an asset
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Relationship Management
- Working knowledge of the markets including current conditions and trends in Canadian and U.S. stock and bond markets
- Multi-lingual abilities are an asset; Fluent English required; French, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese fluency is desirable
